The Danone Nations Cup ESFA partnership is a fantastic opportunity to develop and grow the Danone Nations Cup in this country. We will now be able to reach up to 10,000 10-12 year olds through schools across England.
Danone UK General Manager Marnix Eikenboom:
"We’re delighted to enter into this new partnership with the ESFA, which will mark the beginning of an exciting new phase for the Danone Nations Cup in the UK. Danone’s mission is to bring health through nutrition to as many people as possible, and in building greater awareness for the tournament in this country we will be encouraging more kids to get active and to eat a balanced, nutritious diet."
ESFA Chief Executive John Read:
"The chance to play for your country is every young footballer’s dream. Through this partnership with Danone UK that dream will now become a reality for the winners of the Under 12s Schools Cup. Danone is giving these youngsters a fabulous opportunity to play in an international world cup tournament. Together, ESFA and Danone can really make a difference in promoting sport and healthy nutrition to thousands of kids up and down the country."
For those keen to be involved in the tournament and the chance to represent England in the Danone Nations Cup encourage your teachers to register your school into the ESFA Under 12 Danone Nations Schools’ Cup.
