Welcome to the Danone Nations Cup England website. The Danone Nations Cup is a football competition for children aged 10–12, which promotes the importance of regular exercise and provides children with the opportunity to fulfil their dreams. The Danone Nations Cup is the largest international football competition for children, involving over 2.5 million children from 32 countries.

In England, Danone have partnered with the English Schools’ Football Association to run the Danone Nations Cup with children under the age of 12. The tournament aims to bring Danone’s health mission to life by encouraging kids to have an active lifestyle and follow in the footsteps of great sportsmen, such as the tournament’s global ambassador: Zinedine Zidane.

Every year around 700 secondary schools and 3,000 primary schools compete in the U11 and U12 national tournaments which, this year, culminate with the Danone Nations Cup England Final. The ultimate winning team will represent England at this year’s Danone Nations Cup World Final, an international football tournament involving 2.5 million children from 32 countries around the world!

ESFA Danone Nations Cup Finals

Before the Danone Nations Cup England Final, winners from the U11 and U12 regional tournaments will participate in the ESFA Danone Nations Cup Finals being held at The Hive, Barnet Football Club’s Training Ground, London, on Saturday, May 11. 34 teams will compete to be crowned national champions of their respective categories, qualifying for the 5 spaces in the final round of the competition and for the chance to represent England.

* Please note that only those players from the winning 5 teams that were born between (and including) 1 January 2001 and 31 December 2002 are eligible for the Danone Nations Cup England Final at St George’s Park and in accordance with the international rules regarding age participation criteria for the Danone Nations Cup World Finals.

The final stage of the competition is The Danone Nations Cup England Final, taking place at St Georges Park on Sunday, June 09. This is where the 5 teams will compete against each other, seeking to qualify to represent England and play in the Danone Nations Cup World Final!

For the first time this year, the Danone Nations Cup World Final is coming to LONDON!
